Early Warning Anti-Riot Detection system (E-WARD)
The project aims to detect and estimate the number of people in a specific area and assist in better defining access control policies. This facilitates for overcoming errors related to loss of concentration – due to continuous observation and increased number of observed monitors/cameras – and the early identification of suspicious events.
